Omer combines design thinking principles and research, in the state of peak performance, to help create environments that are conducive to flow.

The business case for peak performance and strengths-based development is strong. Research has shown that we can be 2.5 to 5x more productive in the state of flow. In this session, Omer presents state-of-the-art research in the field of peak performance. He also discusses how you can use your talents to activate flow, and then strengthen those talents while in a state of flow

Omer is a human resources (HR) executive and a corporate performance coach with over 30 years of experience in hi-tech, telecommunications, and SaaS companies. Omer has a background in engineering and HR, both in experience and education. He has a master’s in civil engineering and a certificate in HR from the University of Toronto. He is currently consulting with various Canadian companies and is involved with the Flow Genome Project – Unlocking the Next Level of Human Performance. Omer gave a TEDx talk in 2016 in Thunder Bay titled ‘Engineering Your Mind for Peak Performance’. He has also presented at DisruptHR in both Ottawa and the Niagara region.
